For starters it was fetching the version (hash) from the development branch, but downloading the master branch. Installing/updating addon: elvui/elvui to version: Upon trying to update it seems to be unable to fetch the version number, though it hangs like it's doing something anyway, it is certainly not updating my local files any more (compared manually against recent commits). Apparently they updated their gitlab version, which may have caused the problem.
Possibly related, I've found ElvUI won't update at all as of several days ago.
